I build software that drives your business

I work across product, architecture, development, and delivery. I make difficult technical decisions, write the important code, and stay until the system works in production. AI is one of the tools I use.

Selected work

Products I own, systems I have helped build, and teams I have helped move forward.

Product creator and operator

Mira Checks

I created and operate Mira Checks, a SaaS product that checks whether business-critical forms, bookings, checkouts, and other website journeys still work after a change.

I am responsible for the product, architecture, development, self-hosted AI infrastructure, hosting, marketing, sales, support, and daily operation. It is the clearest example of how I work: understand the problem, build the system, and remain responsible after launch.

Agricultural marketplace

Raiffeisen

I helped build akoro, a shared digital platform connecting agricultural businesses with Raiffeisen cooperatives across Germany.

Internal publishing platform

Mercedes-Benz

I worked on an internal platform for managing documents and digital publications.

Technology training

BMW

I help train BMW employees to use new technologies.

What I do

I turn unclear requirements into technical decisions and working systems. I can build the critical path myself, set the architecture, improve how a team delivers, and explain the trade-offs to people outside engineering.

I am most useful when the problem crosses boundaries. Product, software, systems, people, and operation rarely fit into separate boxes.

Decide

I clarify the problem, constraints, risks, and cost before choosing a solution.

Build and improve

I build new products and repair systems that have become slow, fragile, or difficult to change. I prefer a focused change over a rewrite when it solves the real problem.

Lead delivery

I give developers direction, connect engineering with product and business, and make sure decisions turn into software that runs.

How I work

I am a problem solver and a pragmatist, not a tech-stack follower. I make complex decisions understandable. I choose the simplest setup that helps the business.

I use AI every day for development, testing, research, and automation. I also know its limits. Faster output only helps when it is useful. More is not automatically better. The goal is to help, not overwhelm.

I stay close to the code. Diving deep into the implementation gives me the confidence to own decisions and the clarity to be transparent with stakeholders.

Open source and workshops

Open source

QAgent

I built QAgent to test AI-generated software against real user goals in the browser. A driver model performs the task. A separate model judges the result. The separation makes the test harder to bend just to produce a pass.

Spec-Driven Development

I taught a sold-out practical workshop on using specifications to keep AI-assisted development deliberate, testable, and understandable.

The work I am looking for

I am interested in products and technical problems where I can build, make decisions, and carry real responsibility. The work matters more to me than the title.
